Beef Wellington Appetizer Recipe

Beef and Lobster Wellington

Ingredients
- ½ lb. Sirloin Steak
- ¼ lb. cooked Chicken Liver
- Pastry for Double Crust Pie
- ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 large Egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut sirloin steak into ½x1 inch pieces. Marinate for 1 hour in teriyaki sauce.
Prepare 2 crust pie shell dough. Roll out into 2 9×12 inch rectangles before cutting into 2×3 inch strips.
Grind chicken livers finely until smooth. Divide over each piece of steak. Place steak piece on one pastry strip. Fold to enclose and seal in the edges. With the beaten egg, brush the dough and place on greased baking dish.
Bake the Beef Wellington appetizer recipe for 20 minutes.
